I have experienced the same issues but have not been able to discover the cause. I can start narrator but it tells me nothing. I am using XP SP3 though. using jaws 15.0.7023 and windows 7 has anyone experienced jaws crashing after awhile of computing. I have experienced this when I surf IE 11 and other programs also but mostly IE 11. jaws will just quit speaking and the only way to get jaws to speak again is to reboot.
