When my jaws stops speaking I can do nothing to bring it back other than
rebooting. I have gone in and stopped the JFW service and restarted it but it
still doesn't speak.
I have not figured out what is causing this behaviour.

I have had this with windows 8 and jaws 14.
My braille display quits as well.
I have a hotkey for jaws and can bring it back that way.
Just a little annoying though.
