Sadly the lady passed away a couple of years ago, but her work lives on. 

I know you can schedule the program to run jobs at a certain time but I have
never tried it. What I have done and this works perfectly is save the jobs
out of the program and then place them in batch files that I configure the
windows task scheduler to run automatically.

This Karen's Replicator is just what the doctor ordered. Very speech
friendly. Not a bunch of bells and whistles to confuse things. Had my first
backup job setup within 3 minutes of installing the program.

The only thing I wish could be added is the ability to have it launch during
Windows Startup and automatically minimize to the System Tray. 
Yes, realize I could simply place a shortcut to the program in the Windows
"Startup" folder, but how about having it automatically minimize to the
System Tray?
