Yes that is what I am doing and it says that the scan has been delayed so I click on the scan now button and it does the scan but it goes back to the same thing scan has been delayed .
do you know how to get it to say no issues detected?

Hi Anna, I have Windows 7 and JAWS 14 so don't know if I can help.
If you can get to the action center use your JAWS cursor and it might tell you what's wrong. That's how I find my issues when I click on the problem in the system tray and am taken to the trouble area.
