Maybe you haven't given the scan enough time to finish? After the scan,
is when it should say no issues detected.

Hi Anna, I have Windows 7 and JAWS 14 so don't know if I can help.
If you can get to the action center use your JAWS cursor and it might
tell you what's wrong.
That's how I find my issues when I click on the problem in the system
tray and am taken to the trouble area.
