Hi Maria,
I tried doing the scan again and while it was scanning the status said no issues but when it finished it went back to the same thing again
do you have any other suggestions I can try.

Maybe you haven't given the scan enough time to finish? After the scan, is when it should say no issues detected.

Hi Anna, I have Windows 7 and JAWS 14 so don't know if I can help.
If you can get to the action center use your JAWS cursor and it might tell you what's wrong. That's how I find my issues when I click on the problem in the system tray and am taken to the trouble area.
