Hi Cher,

I don't use FF much at all either but, try the following & see if it helps:
1. Open Firefox & then open the Settings Center.
2. Arrow down to, Graphics & Symbols, & right arrow to open.
3. Arrow down to, Graphics Verboscity, & press the spacebar until Jaws
reports, Labeled.
4. Tab to, okay, press enter, to save your change & close the Settings
Center.
HTH
Take care.
Mike

I'm having a lot of weird things going on with FF30.0 also. To mention just
one, the JAWS cursor can't see anything except various unlabeled graphics.
Don't use FF that much so hope others will chime in.

Cher

Did this problem start when you updated to Firefox 30? Perhaps the problem
is with the latest version of Firefox and not with JAWS.
