Hi Cher, I don't use FF much at all either but, try the following & see if it helps: 1. Open Firefox & then open the Settings Center. 2. Arrow down to, Graphics & Symbols, & right arrow to open. 3. Arrow down to, Graphics Verboscity, & press the spacebar until Jaws reports, Labeled. 4. Tab to, okay, press enter, to save your change & close the Settings Center. HTH Take care.
