OK- do you mean "use cursor keys to navigate within pages" instead? Does that need to be checked also?

Somehow I accidently unchecked the box that says use cursor keys to scroll the page. **** If we can't look at ourselves, and ask, why? then where does the learning start? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike B." <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, July 07, 2014 4:36 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Jaws & firefox Hi Robert, I just tried this with FF 29.0 to make sure it works with your problem as well. Following the steps also allow you to use the Jaws cursor if it's needed at some point: You can use the JAWS Cursor & navigate with arrow keys in Firefox after turning off Firefox's hardware acceleration setting. 1. In Firefox, press ALT+T to open the Tools Menu and then choose Options. 2. From the Advanced options, choose the General tab. 3. Press TAB to move to the Use Hardware Acceleration when Available checkbox. Press the SPACEBAR to clear it, then press ENTER to close the dialog box. 4. Close & reopen Firefox. HTH Take care. What would cause the virtual pc cursor to suddenly stop working when I'm on a web page? Although when I press jawskey+z it says virtual pc cursor off, which means it was already on but I cannot arrow anywhere on the page? The version of firefox I have is 300.0 **** If we can't look at ourselves, and ask, why? then where does the learning start?
