I don't think that this is a problem with your sound bar, To me it sounds as though the jaws speech volume is low. That is why other sounds are loud while jaws speech can hardly be heard. There is a command to adjust the jaws speech volume. I am sorry that I cannot tell you how to do it. But I bet that if you googled jaws speech volume you could find it. Good luck with this problem.
