hi all, I am trying to uninstall 13 but a message pops up stating that the file JAWS.MSI cannot be found in \users\my name\appdata\local\temp. I followed that path to find no such file, whether I use the Programs and Features applet or the JAWS 13>tools>uninstall program. what should I do to uninstall 13, outside of calling FS tech support?
