Hi Anna, I have McAfee both at work and at home, and it is largely inaccessible. The best way to start is if you have it in your system tray, or now I think they call it notification area, right click the McAfee icon and go from there. You may need to use the JAWS cursor to locate options, and you may need sighted assistance.
