Okay I did it but McAfee is still not marking my spam email with the
word spam.
I went into the program to check if the spam filter was on and it is.
do you have any other suggestions?

Hi Anna,
I have McAfee both at work and at home, and it is largely inaccessible.
The best way to start is if you have it in your system tray, or now I
think they call it notification area, right click the McAfee icon and go
from there. You may need to use the JAWS cursor to locate options, and
you may need sighted assistance.

Hi all using this program as their anti-virus program .
McAfee use to mark my spam email with spam and now all of a sudden it is
