They can remote in to your computer, and should be able to figure this out. I have been impressed with the diligence of the folks in that office. The last time I called them, I had an issue that they could not figure out, and got hold of upper level tech support that did figure out the answer. It all happened in that single phone call. One thing are you when opening office in the folders of your email address it helps. I use 2013 business and I have it open outlook by my email address and when moving around to different folders I use shift tab and use letter like D for drafts and then entre.
