Hi Rick Thanks. I like that idea of using your ISP's outgoing server better than the recent: approach. I'm going to give it a try. Using Recent:, if I forward an email that I've received via my gmail address to someone else, I receive another copy from gmail.

I was subscribed to another list some time ago, with a gmail account, and did not need to use this to see my posts to the list. In my particular case, I just had to set my outgoing server to my ISP. Thanks! If you want a copy, edit the settings for the gmail account in your email client. In the User name field Which is just before the password field, that reads < emailAddress>@gmail.com, type the word recent followed by a : (colon, i.e. recent:<emailAddress>@gmail.com. You will then receive a copy of every email you send through that account. I don't know if the copy means that your message got to the recipient, or just to the gmail server. But you can check the list archives to make sure if your message got there or not. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Tim Ford Sent: Saturday, January 31, 2015 03:31 To: [email protected] Subject: [JAWS-Users] Seeing my posts to the list I would like to have my own posts to this list show up in my inbox along with the emails sent by others. I do not recall how to change that. Can the moderator describe the steps on how to do that? I assume there is a way. It is not uncommon for a message to go un-answered from time to time, and someone may be looking for an answer if they don't have it. You can always re-post your question. Richard Q.
