Hi Anna,
You can get this message if you have just started a transfer of files from
one place to another on your computer, especially if you have sent them to
the recycle bin, and then you try to empty the bin before the transfer has
completed. Everything that you were moving will be canceled , so you should
wait until the transfer has completed to empty the recycle bin.
