You will get this message right after selecting "Empty Recycle Bin". Did you
open the Recycle Bin to see if all of the files that you had moved were
there? If the transfer had not completed, then you will see this message.

Hi Anna,
You can get this message if you have just started a transfer of files
from one place to another on your computer, especially if you have sent
them to the
recycle bin, and then you try to empty the bin before the transfer has
completed. Everything that you were moving will be canceled , so you
should wait
until the transfer has completed to empty the recycle bin.
