I'd like to throw in here some more food for thought.
As long-time JAWS users, we have had many versions flowing in and out of our PC's. . Along the way we've also had many types of virus protection, which could possibly think parts of JAWS as malware. I believe this has happened to me, messing up some aspects of JAWS that I wouldn't begin to know how to find or fix.

I do not believe it really makes a difference. The important thing is whether 
you want to uninstall the shared components. Personally, I always choose no to 
this because if there are other programs relying on those shared components 
they will not work correctly. If anyone else on the list has other information, 
or does not find what I am saying correct, please clarify.
