Hello Lenny:
Can you share the way to contact Microsoft Disability? It sounds like
they did a wonderful job for you.
Tanks,
Humberto

Subject: [JAWS-Users] microsoft fixed flash player
Well, I finally called the Microsoft support for people with disabilities.
It took about 4 hours for him to correct the problem. First scanned for
adware and virus there were a few tracking cookies that he removed. This
did
not correct the problem. He kept getting the same error that I was
getting.
He then reinstalled internet explorer again did not fix the problem.
Removed
flash player ant tried again, same results. Went into msconfig and stopped
everything except microsoft products, again did not fix the problem.
Finally
uninstalled every adobe product and ran a disk clean up. After shock wave
was uninstalled he was able to install flash. Then reinstalled all adobe
products.
While waiting for some things to finish we had some chit chat time. I
asked
what is the most used screen reader that he worked with? I already knew
the
answer, it is jaws.
When he started the deep scan of vipre he told me that he would call back
in
an hour or so when it was nearing completion.
I could never say enough nice things about him.
