I have encountered the same issues with IE11 and Flashplayer probably since Fklash version 14. I have tried completely removing flash using Revo Uninstaller and re-downloading it, and still get the same issue. I have reviewed my security settings in IE11 and still have this issue. I don't know if this is coincidental, but it started happening after I enabled HTML5 on IE11. The good news is that more sites are dropping flash in favor of html5 support. In the rare instances that I need Flash, I go to the Firefox web browser which still works with flash. Now, to provide a bit more explanation. Microsoft revised the User-Agent strings in IE11, and allegedly due to this, Adobe Flash is much more problematic. It may work on some systems, and not on others. One suggestion is to try to run the site you need to work with Flash in compatibility view. As I mentioned above, use Firefox with Flash instead as a second choice.
