That being the case, I'm so at home in Outlook Express with View, Tools,
etc, it sounds like maybe Outlook may be the way, although I know to be
prepared for pretty much a new world.

I think that there is not much difference between outlook and outlook
express if you stick to the basics. Get email, read email, delete email.

2010? When my husband had Vista, I could not navigate well with Jaws in
Windows Mail.

I have a friend with basic computer skills who is struggling a bit with
Outlook 2010, JFW 16.
I'm wondering if WLM might be easier for him to use as it appears to have
a simpler user interface.
