I installed the desktop application and so far it looks quite simple to manage.
It looks like you just paste something in there either a file or an entire folder / directory of files and they automatically upload to the cloud. Granted the directory only had 2 files in it but I figure that is enough for a first test. So far no issues with accessibility at all I am pleased to report.
