I've ran mwb, nothing, I ran mse, nothing. Everything seems to be running
well, accept when I'm on Netflix.

The problem there is signing in and playing a movie, it tells me to install
the silver light, which is already installed btw, I remove the one that is
installed, install the one on the sight but it still tells me to install
silver light. Huh?
I think the comp is in decent condition it's just Netflix giving me issues.
Anyone experience this Netflix/silver light issue?

I have gotten these screens. I run Mcafee and malware bytes and have not
found anything left behind. I think it is just to get you to call the
number where they can ask you for all your information. The trouble starts
when you give them access to your computer.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] virus?

I've seen emails like this before but I don't remember what was said,
typical me, I think nothing bad will ever happen to me.

When I accessed the internet on my daughters computer a dialog popped up and
said my computer has malware and to call this 800 number to resolve the
issue. Of course I did not call it. Pressing ok, alt-f4 nothing besides
manually powering the machine down was going to get that message gone.
Hahah, it was a womans voice who made that announcement by the way.

I'm currently using Malwarebytes to see what I can find, but any other
suggestions?
