LeDon, If you are running JAWS from the system tray or not, Alt + H should take you to the help menu. If you cannot reach it by this means, try pressing Shift + F10, and this should open the menu bar so that you can arrow left or right to find the Help menu. NOTE: Pressing the Applications key will not open this as it normoally would, this is not the Context menu.
