I got an item from Amazon which is defective. I want to return it. I got on the site, looked up my order, went to the return portion. It asked "Why are you returning this?" Then it said there is a pop-up menu. I cannot get Jaws to read the menu; thus, I cannot fill out the form. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you.
