[JAWS-Users] start menu in windows 10.

Hello,  I have a question for all of you.
I'm currently noticing a big huge issue in windows 10 with JAWS 16.
I'm trying to actually go through the start menu in windows 10 but when I up 
and down arrow after pressing the Windows key it says start, but when I hit the 
up arrow to get to things, it won't even read it.
please let me know what I need ot do to fix this probme.  Many thanks,
