Download a fresh copy of jaws 16 from the freedom Scientific site.
Leave it in your download folder.
Uninstall jaws 16 after your upgrade to windows 10 is complete.
Use the narator with the keystroke windows key+enter, to bring up narator.

I had the same issue, called Microsoft tech. and that's what they told me.
everything works fantastic...
I just installed an ESPN app from the microsoft store, works great.
I can listen to all of the ESpN sports channels.

Hello, I have a question for all of you.
I'm currently noticing a big huge issue in windows 10 with JAWS 16.
I'm trying to actually go through the start menu in windows 10 but when I up
and down arrow after pressing the Windows key it says start, but when I hit
the up arrow to get to things, it won't even read it.
