If you don't have the JAWS 16 C D or authorization disk, can you uninstall
and re-install JAWS, without sighted help? If so, how? I have the serial
number and authorization code.  
 Would the Microsoft Accessibility Help Desk do this for you?

hello: Just uninstall and reinstall jaws 16 and everything will work
correctly.
I had the same issue, called Microsoft tech. and that's what they told me.
everything works fantastic...
I just installed an ESPN app from the microsoft store, works great.
I can listen to all of the ESpN sports channels.

Hello,  I have a question for all of you.
I'm currently noticing a big huge issue in windows 10 with JAWS 16.
I'm trying to actually go through the start menu in windows 10 but when I up
and down arrow after pressing the Windows key it says start, but when I hit
the up arrow to get to things, it won't even read it.
please let me know what I need ot do to fix this probme.  Many thanks, Doug
