I did check out my W7 on the msconfig start menu and that message came up.
It also gave you a check box to check it you didn't want  the message to
come up again. I am guessing you guys put a check in this box which made it
not come up again.

Like Rick, I've never saw that option after making changes in, msconfig, &
rebooting running Windows7.  But, I got it all the time when running XP.

I have been using Windows 7 since it was released, and
on every installation, that dialogue has never come up on re-boot.
You do get it every time a change is made however in Windows XP.

yep, even in 7 it pops up whenever a change is made, but if you opt to
stop this message from coming up, it won't show up anymore.
if there's a way to resurrect it, I'd like to know too.
