Why don't you contact Freedom Scientific first and see if they might have a
fix for this problem. I do know that an update is forth coming, and parts of
it are probably ready now. If they have a fix that they can apply to
Outlook, then it may solve your problem.

Hi,
Update: I cannot scroll up and down through the messages list. Jaws gets
stuck on one message, pressing arrows up and down does nothing. I have to
tab out of the list to go onto the inbox folders treeview and tab back to
the messages list andfocus goes onto the next message but it gets stuck
there.
Crazy, I prob have to downgrade now

Hi Dan,
Yes, I have fooled around with it a bit, plus I asked before installing the
upgrade if this was an issue, and Microsoft Accessibility told me that there
were no issues between JAWS 16 and Office 2016. So far as I can tell, they
are telling the truth. The Office applications actually seem to load faster
than the Office 2013 apps did, and no hiccups so far. I created one new
workbook in Excel2016, and opened and edited some other types of documents
with Word, Powerpoint, and Access with no trouble. After you install the
upgrade, Microsoft has some links available with training on the new
release, as well as general Office training too.

I just upgraded my Office 365 subscription from 2013 to 2016. Everything
seems to be working well. The applications open very quickly and so far no
troubles. I have read about the new features now available in the different
applications, but have not tried any of them out yet. I will be doing some
of this within the next couple of days. Running Windows 10 by the way. There
seems to be no complications with JAWS 16, I checked on the compatibility
before upgrading, and was told that there should be full compatibility.
