Kimsan, Here's a link I found that explains how to rename accounts in outlook 2013.
http://www.outlook-tips.net/tips/tip-1057-rename-accounts-outlook-2013/ Make sure to read all way through the explanation because there's an extra step to get the name to be changed in the navigation pane.
