That was a helpful article; however, under the general tab, I was unable to
remove that name which was my work email and replace it with the word "work"
but the bright side is I no longer have 2 k's.
Backspacing, selecting all and pressing delete did nothing.

Here's a link I found that explains how to rename accounts in outlook 2013.

Make sure to read all way through the explanation because there's an extra
step to get the name to be changed in the navigation pane.
