Now, I need to figure out how to rename the accounts to do this.

One begins with "p", and the other two begin with "k".

Usually, I can click more settings in the account settings but for my
outlook.com and my work email, here on my laptop, I am not seeing the more
settings button, or is there another way to rename them?
I'll try the context menu and see where I get.

I have a similar arrangement within Outlook on my laptop. What I do is move
to the top of the folders list then press the first key of the account I
want to access. For example, if you have two accounts one called Kimsan and
the other called Workmail, pressing W will take you to that account then you
can arrow down once to get to the workmail inbox. It will still be called
inbox when you get there, but at least you're certain of which account
you're accessing.

It's not a perfect solution, but it works for me.
