[JAWS-Users] when writing an email in Thunderbird

I was writing an email in Thunderbird and when I went to reread the 
message with my arrow keys jaws would not read it I had to press the 
jaws key which is the insert key and the up arrow in order to get back 
to the top of the message to read it over.
does anyone on the list know how I can get jaws to read the message that 
I typed with using just the up or down arrow again like it use too?
