In order to fix my problem I had to restart my computer and now
everything is working fine.
so I must have hit a wrong key or something like that.
so I just wanted to let you know that when I am writing my email now I
can use my arrow keys to arrow through it without any problem

That shouldn't be happening. Try it again. You might have accidentally
hit a key that made it happen. I don't have that problem with my
Thunderbird.
