Hello Gang: 

 I had never used a password on the computer. However, I have two or three
MS accounts. I tried all three, even a fourth password from my wife's MS
account. None of these worked. 

 She looked at the computer, and saw the hint for the password. She tried
typing in the password. No luck. 

 She saw a re-set option that included inserting a thumb drive. Tried all we
know there. Saw some information saying we needed to have created a
"recovery password disk." Apparently, even before all this started. 

 I had been using Windows 10 for almost precisely one week. I had tried the
instructions to verify the MS account, but could never get to the point to
have a code sent to me.  

 Help! Jim, David, Rick, or anyone else. 

 Is there a Microsoft phone number for password issues? Is this something
the Accessibility Desk could solve? 

 I liked Windows 10 a lot, until this.
