If you are using Windows 10, try tapping Windows + Up Arrow twice to make sure Outlook 2013 is actually maximized. That may help.

I am running Jaws 17.0.1214 and Word 2013. This problem seems to happen no matter which version of Jaws I am using. If I use my arrow keys to read down or up line by line, many times, when I reach a page boundary word jumps to the page following the one I want to get too. For example, if I am at the end of page 5, and press down arrow, word jumps me to the top of page 7. The only way I can get to page 6 is to use the control key with page up or down. Even if I use just the page up or page down keys by themselves, word skips over a page. I can't seem to determine if this is a Jaws issue, or if there is some setting within word I must change. Any help or advice great fully appreciated.
