for a "clean" offline installer:
select the operating system, language, version,and proceed to download
button. be sure to save the installer in case you need it later.

for a "live" web based installer:
by default, the OS and language is detected for which your system is
configured. if you need an installer for a different OS, language and
version, choose the different system link.
watch out for the checkboxes opting for google chrome browser, making it
the default, and the google toolbar.
