If I might jump in here to offer a safer method. Go to the explore my settings in the JAWS sub menu and look for the internet explorer JSS and JSB files to simply delete them. At that point the default files from FS will take over again. The fact is a person never has much of a reason to look in the directory where FS has placed their default files.

So you should be able to find the original Internet Explorer script by Freedom Scientific in the JAWS Shared Settings folder. You can find these folders by opening the start menu, unless you're running Windows 8. Then navigate to All Programs, JAWS 15, Explore JAWS and then either choose Explore User Settings or Explore Shared Settings. If you're running Windows 8, you can follow the path "C:\ProgramData\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\15.0\Utilities" where you will find the Explore User Settings and Explore Shared settings. Sorry, but I don't know of an easier way to find the JAWS utilities folder in Windows 8. When you find the Internet Explorer.JSS file in the Shared Settings Folder, I would open the file's properties and make sure that the date last modified is earlier than when you started editing the file to be sure that it is the Freedom Scientific original file. If the last date modified is later than when the file was first edited, you could run a JAWS repair to see if the original FS file was restored. If not, you may have to uninstall JAWS 15, including shared settings and then reinstall it. If all else fails, you could call FS support for assistance.
