Try restarting JAWS and see if that helps since the shared script files should 
still be there.

Can you use a different browser  if that still does not work?

Hi David,
I followed the steps on removing the internet explorer.jsb and the internet 
explorer.jss files, but now there are is nothing in the internet explorer 
script. Is there anywhere on the freedom scientific site where I can get the 
original internet explorer.jss file? I can't uninstall JAWS and reinstall it 
because I'm at work.
