Hello Mario,

You can make changes using the options button in the envelope creation
dialog box. As you tab through the options there are two Font buttons. The
first is for the delivery address and the second for the return address.
You can make changes to the font, font size, etc. in this dialog box.
However, whatever changes you make you need to keep in mind such things as
how your changes will affect line spacing, margins, will the text extend too
far across the envelope, will text fit properly on the lines, etc. Changes
you make using the options dialog box will affect only the current envelope
as long as you don't use the button to set your changes as default. You can
always create your own envelope styles and template to use or modify the
current styles but the built-in Word styles are already set up to have the
text fit properly.

Take care.

Brian, so your saying it's a problem with Word 2010 and there's nothing I
can do to correct this problem, or are there things I can do other than
"adding to document" just to check the formatting?
At first, I thought there must be a simple fix but now your response is
discouraging because "adding to document" adds a tedious procedure that
shouldn't have to be.
