If he was running jaws 16, 17 or have openbook installed,
That would never happen, like you say, automatically.
Because the upgrade would only get to about 25% complete and you would have
to cancel the install, or continue and remove the FS programs.

My grandson just turned his computer on and it automatically updated to
windows 10. How can he go back to windows 8.1? Some of his programs supplied
