Hi lenny! Ok do this, tell your grandsun! To test all his softwares that he has with soom text! If tehy work that is great! If they don't work, tell the school immediately adn let them know that windows 10 updated without you and your grand son doing anything! Tell them that, adn they will be able to donwgrade the operating system! Or buy a computer fo rhim that has windows 8 on it,adn just save all his software in an external hard drive adn transfer everything t the new computer!!! Hope this helps!
