using the startup assistant adjusts the major settings for
accessibility, adjusting the preferences allow tweaking of specific
settings. I never encountered the message you relayed about
opening/viewing the PDF outside of a frame.

David, go to the edit menu with an alt+e, then up arrow to accessibility
sub menu, right arrow to open it and down arrow to setup assistant, and

frame, please change your Adobe Reader settings. To do this, open Adobe
Reader, go to help menu and select accessibility setup assistant options
then select use recommend settings and skip setup.
However, I cannot seem to be able to find where any of these options are
in the help menu through Adobe.
