Hi.Have you tried deleting or rolling back the wireless drivers? It is possible it won't be able to find the WiFi at all then, at which point you'd have to manually download a WiFi driver, copy it onto the computer with a flash drive and install it, unless it has an ethernet jack and there is such a plug available for connecting to the internet nearby.
