[JAWS-Users] OCR engine missing?

I've noticed that OCR has failed to start on more than one online PDF document, 
and it may never have loaded since I had to reinstall everything on a new hard 
drive. It suggests that even though I downloaded and installed JAWS 17, the OCR 
engine needs to be installed independently. Can anyone advise what I need to do?
