Gene, I been following this tread, First you were in the Subject:
[JAWS-Users] user account settings in windows 10
And I said, I was there today in the user accounts and it was fine.
And you are the only one that tabbing twice to get to the Yes button doesn't
work.

Wel, there is no save button in the window I am talking about. It's got
nothing to do with saving files. It's the window to allow a program to make
changes to your system. For example, if you go to the Jaws help menu and
choose check for updates, you hear the alert sound, and then you are
supposed to let the system know it's okay to proceed. It's that window with
the yes, no, and cancel that I can't access.

Gene, maybe your pc needs a little tune up or, a restart LOL!
I was there today and located a couple docs that got saved there by mystery,
The tab key works here to invoke the save button. Jorge

All good info, but I used to be able to actually read this window. Now the
whole window is blank so far as Jaws is concerned. I can read it with the
built-in OCR. I can use the various keystrokes, or some of them, that
everyone has mentioned. But Jaws doesn't read the controls as I tab in this
window.
Just wondering why.
