Hi everyone, so a few days I posted about this strange thing I was hearing with jaws and windows 10. Something that sounds like rezzar resources 104 dll, I finally figured out that it has something to do with amazon string or something to that effect. The window gives me an option to continue or cancel by clicking the yes or no button but jaws does nothing when I tab to the buttons. I went into windows settings by clicking windows key I and I went to programs and in there I found a list of programs and apps on my computer. In there I see something called amazon assistant I click enter to select it but nothing happens I tried spacebar but nothing happends. Even if I manage to select it I try clicking application key to find the uninstall but nothing happends. Does anyone know how to navigate in this list and can give me tips on how to uninstall this amazon assistant? Thanks for any help. Regards Zoe
