Amazon Assistant is a browser add on that is specifically for use on the Amazon web site. Usually you have to specifically ask for it to be installed. To uninstall it, you need to go into Windows settings, then to the Programs and Features applet, in there you'll find a list of all the programs currently installed on your computer in alphabetical order. Step trough the list until you land on Amazon Assistant, then press Enter to start the uninstall. Note that I don't use and am not all that familiar with Windows 10, so some of my terms may be slightly different that what Windows 10 presents to you. hth Cheers!
