Hi, A much better (and perhaps a stable) way: press Windows+R, type "msinfo32" (without quotes), then press ENTER. Navigate through the list that appears which will tell you everything you need to know about your computer and your OS. Cheers, Joseph

Hold down the Windows Key, & press the, Pause key. This is a shortcut keystroke for opening System properties. 2. Press, Insert / Jaws key, Alt key, + W, to virtualize the window. 3. Press, Control + A, to copy everything to the clipboard. 4. Open Notepad, & press, Control + V, to paste the info. You might have to do a certain amount of editing, but all the information will be there. Take care.
