Hi Kevin, If you're using a standard / desktop keyboard, directly to the right of the, F12 key, are 3 keys. Print Screen, Scroll Lock, & Pause. They are above what's referred to as the 6 pack of keys located between the main keyboard & the Numpad. If you do as Joseph Lee suggests, route your Jaws cursor to the PC cursor & arrow down to read all the information, or you can virtualize the window to copy the info as I suggested earlier. Take care. Mike Sent from my iBarstool. ----- Original Message ----- From: Kevin To: [email protected] Sent: Saturday, January 14, 2017 5:48 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] system information

Hold down the Windows Key, & press the, Pause key. This is a shortcut keystroke for opening System properties. 2. Press, Insert / Jaws key, Alt key, + W, to virtualize the window. 3. Press, Control + A, to copy everything to the clipboard. 4. Open Notepad, & press, Control + V, to paste the info. You might have to do a certain amount of editing, but all the information will be there. Take care.
